Executive Biographies

Meet Our Executive Team

Our executive team is full of stylish and savvy staff members who share a profound appreciation for great design, high quality products and all of their talented colleagues and coworkers. From a break dancing appearance on a TV show to an obsession with carnitas burrito bowls, questionable taste in hairstyles and a penchant for late night snacking, they have a lot to share with the rest of the Tiny Prints family!

Ed Han

Co-Founder and CEO

Where were you before Wedding Paper Divas and Tiny Prints, Inc.?
Prior to starting Tiny Prints, Inc., I worked for my wife at her own start-up, Beau-coup.com. Before that, I helped build the T-mobile Sidekick at Danger, Inc. Between 1998 and 2000, I feverishly studied everything about the internet and e-commerce at business school in Silicon Valley, and was dismayed to find that the internet bubble burst almost exactly on the same day as my graduation. Before heading off to business school, I tried to start an e-commerce company selling care packages to the parents of college students—I failed miserably, but the experience gave me the best business lesson I've learned to date. My first job out of college was as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, doing my part to help pave the path for the biggest financial crisis of the twenty-first century. Between 1990 and 1994, I studied economics at the University of Chicago, and before that I ran my own landscaping business, moving business and tennis racquet stringing business—I guess you could say I'm a fan of entrepreneurship.
What's your dream destination?
I'd love to take my wife anywhere we've never been before.
Tell us something interesting about yourself.
What's interesting about me is that I grew up very uninteresting in a small, remote, rural town in northeastern Missouri. I was forced to find interesting things to do with my time from an early age out of sheer boredom.
Which Wedding Paper Divas invitation theme do you like best?
I love the look of our vintage designs.

Kelly Berger

Co-founder and Chief Innovation Architect

Where were you before Wedding Paper Divas and Tiny Prints, Inc.?
I was born and raised in Illinois, and received my engineering degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. After moving to Silicon Valley, I worked for Intel for more than four years, followed by several years at wireless internet start-ups. I was most recently at Danger, Inc., the company that created the T-Mobile Sidekick device and where I met my fellow co-founder, Ed Han. I met my wife soon after moving to the Bay Area, and we now have two wonderful children together.
What's your dream destination?
Maui. I love the beautiful coastline, black sand beaches and snorkeling with all the tropical fish.
Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I had a mullet while growing up, like many guys in the Midwest. I have since switched to a tamer hairstyle, and now spend most weekends doing outdoor activities with my family and dancing with my kids.
Which Wedding Paper Divas invitation theme do you like best?
Now that I'm a Californian, I'm partial to the destination and beach themes.

Laura Ching

Co-Founder and Chief Merchandising Officer

Where were you before Wedding Paper Divas and Tiny Prints, Inc.?
Before bringing fresh designs to Tiny Prints as the head of our merchandising and creative departments, I served in various merchandising and marketing roles at Walmart.com. Prior to that, I attended Stanford Business School with my fellow co-founder Ed Han, and worked at Prophet Brand Strategy as a marketing consultant. Before joining the working world, I studied economics at Stanford University, but I grew up far away from it all in Hawaii, where I enjoyed endless sunshine and warm beaches. I hope some of that effortless island style shines through in a lot of Tiny Prints products and the look of our site.
What's your dream destination?
I love New York!
Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I became a paper lover at an early age because my mom loved hand-written notes and was a stickler for sending a personal letter within a day of receiving a gift or nice gesture. Now, as a mom of two young children, I've regrettably had to relax her 1-day rule just a tad, but I already have enough stationery to last me a lifetime. I'm still fanatical about beautiful paper and hope to instill the same appreciation for handwritten thank you notes in my children, as well!
Which Wedding Paper Divas invitation theme do you like best?
I adore the pretty spring designs.

Mak Azadi

Chief Operating Officer

Where were you before Wedding Paper Divas and Tiny Prints, Inc.?
Most of my career has been in finance and corporate strategy. Before joining Tiny Prints, I spent years indulging my coffee addiction at Starbucks, where I led a number of acquisitions and strategic alliances, as well as the business development and strategy team responsible for nearly 4,000 licensed stores across the United States. Prior to Starbucks I worked at Amazon.com, where I managed controllership, process improvement and strategic support for the operations division. Before all of that, I was a nerdy MBA student at Carnegie Mellon University. And before that I was a nerdy CPA.
What's your dream destination?
My favorite place to travel to is Cinqua Tierra on the coast of Italy. My wife and I went there for a week after graduate school and just loved it. It’s so relaxing, the people were great, the location is great and the food is great (if you like pesto and seafood—and who doesn’t?). I imagine it’s a bit overrun now, but it was still off the beaten path when we went and we both loved it. We also found out she was pregnant with our first child while in Italy, so that probably helps add to the pleasant memories.
Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I used to be on a break dancing crew. One year we won a contest, and the video of it was shown on the TV show "Solid Gold." That's probably more embarrassing than interesting…
Which Wedding Paper Divas invitation theme do you like best?
My favorite invitation theme is vintage. It’s classic without being stuffy.

Adnan Asar

VP of Engineering

Where were you before Wedding Paper Divas and Tiny Prints, Inc.?
After more than 15 years of experience in Silicon Valley, I've lived through the rise of the Internet, the roaring nineties and the dot com bust. But throughout my career, I have been most passionate about solving new problems with state-of-the-art software solutions. Prior to joining Tiny Prints, I managed the definition and development of community and social platform at Yahoo! Prior to Yahoo!, I held senior positions at Oracle, where I was responsible for Oracle Application Server enterprise management tools. At Keynote Systems, where I was one of the initial team members at the company, I helped transform it into a worldwide leader in Internet performance management. In addition, I was bit by the entrepreneurial bug and co-founded and served as the CEO of Equbits Inc., a start-up that built predictive modeling and analytics software for major Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies.
I hold a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley. Go Bears!
What's your dream destination?
Wherever my wife takes me! I'm also partial to Yosemite.
Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I enjoy salsa dancing and took modern dance back in college.
Which Wedding Paper Divas invitation theme do you like best?
The modern wedding theme is my personal favorite.

Anna Fieler

VP of Marketing

Where were you before Wedding Paper Divas and Tiny Prints, Inc.?
I am passionate about helping people express their passions, so it's no surprise that I spent the last decade marketing products that help people do just that, be it through stationery, t-shirts or beanie baby collections. Prior to joining Tiny Prints I was at CafePress, where I defined the brand strategy, launched a new brand identity, and implemented integrated marketing programs that brought it to life, including the award-winning Elections 2008 campaign. I also spent over six years at eBay using pretty much every marketing channel (direct mail, search marketing, PR and social media) to ignite people's passion for collecting just about anything. Before going web 2.0, advertising was my preferred arsenal to help people get in touch with their inner beauty (Dove) or find better mortgage rates (Bank of America), and I practiced my craft at several agencies on Madison Avenue.
I have an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA from Brown University.
What's your dream destination?
Bali. I’m hoping to go for my 10th anniversary!
Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I grew up in Taiwan by way of the Dominican Republic, so we regularly spoke three languages around the family dinner table every night. Also, I'd like to be a jazz singer some day.
Which Wedding Paper Divas invitation theme do you like best?
I'm a fan of the modern wedding invitations theme.

Cindy Wang

VP & General Manager

Where were you before Wedding Paper Divas and Tiny Prints, Inc.?
I am a huge fan of the consumer internet space and building great products and customer experiences. I started my career in corporate finance before moving into operations and customer insights strategy and finally finding my passion in product marketing and management. Prior to joining Tiny Prints, I was actually the lead product manager at one of our competitors, and before that I was in product management roles at Zazzle and Gap Inc. Direct. I spent the earlier part of my career at Disney building theme parks and rode the late 90s dot-com roller coaster at eToys. I joined Tiny Prints in 2007 to build our product management team and transitioned to become our General Manager almost two years ago. I studied Industrial Engineering and Economics at Stanford University and have a MBA from Harvard.
What's your dream destination?
It's a toss-up between the Amalfi Coast and Honolulu, Hawaii. Hawaii wins by proximity…
Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I’ve been to over 60 weddings in the last 10 years, and have kept every single wedding invitation I've ever received—which I’m now making into a set of scrapbooks (book #1 is complete!). I also have every single greeting card that I’ve ever received since high school, and I print out all the ecards I receive. Yes, I’m a pack rat!
Which Wedding Paper Divas invitation theme do you like best?
I love traveling, so of course the destination theme is my favorite.

Richard Pham

VP of Finance

Where were you before Wedding Paper Divas and Tiny Prints, Inc.?
Before Tiny Prints, I was at an internet routing and security software company helping to build strategic direction for finance, accounting and administrative functions. I've spent many years at other technology and internet companies in similar roles, and prior to joining the "real world" I attended Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. I am also a Certified Public Accountant in California (exciting, I know!).
What's your dream destination?
It probably sounds boring, but the Washington D.C. area is definitely one of my favorite destinations. I love the architecture, museums, history, diverse surrounding areas and available activities.
Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I grew up in Tennessee and decided to move to Silicon Valley during the dot-com era, without having ever been to California before. Now I am very much addicted to the Silicon Valley micro-culture.
Which Wedding Paper Divas invitation theme do you like best?
I love them all, but if I have to choose only one, it is the seasonal theme.
