Well Rhett asked me what I wanted for Christmas, I said a ring. A few days passed and he asked me again, and I told him I wouldn't mind a St. Louis Cardinals jersey. He is a really big Cardinals fan, and I thought it would be cute if I could wear a St. Louis Cardinals jersey with him when we watched the games.

Christmas time rolled around, and he begged me to open my gift early. I said yes, and started to open the big box. He told me to go slow, and when I opened the box there was a long letter. I read it and wanted to cry.

I saw a jersey, and he said that one was his. Then I pulled mine out of the box, and it had his last name on the back. I asked, "Why would you get me a jersey with your last name on the back?"

He told me to keep looking in the box. Eventually, I found a little box and opened it to find a ring. I looked at him, and he asked me if I wanted to marry him. I said yes, of course!
