My boyfriend and I had been dating for 15 months when he called and asked me to go to Disney World with him. We arrived at the Animal Kingdom Park at about 9:30 am, so we walked around the park just enjoying each other's company. As we headed towards the Everest ride, I stopped at an area with tables and a brick wall, and I looked over at the ducks swimming around. By this time, my boyfriend had stepped back and said, "Hey baby, what are you doing?" I turned around to answer him, and he was down on one knee with a ring in his hand. Getting engaged at Disney World was really fitting for me because I have always been seen as the princess type. Getting engaged at Disney World made it that much better, and it was almost like I was destined to be a princess.
