Luxe and modern with a bold sense of style Christiane Lemieux began her career working for fashion industry favorites Isaac Mizrahi and Gap Inc. before joining Portico, a New York-based home furnishings company. Through the launch of her own DwellStudio, Christiane revamped the industry with her love of color, geometric patterns and modern abstract florals. Her blend of unique colors, old-world details and modern references makes DwellStudio instantly recognizable. In 2008, Christiane partnered with Target to open a new line, DwellStudio for Target, and she is now launching a highly anticipated line of stationery created exclusively for Wedding Paper Divas. She currently resides in New York's SoHo neighborhood with her husband and business partner Joshua Young, their daughter, Isabelle, and their son, William.

ON ARTISTIC HOBBIES:
Christiane collects all kinds of vintage books on calligraphy, and she put a modern spin on the classic art for her Wedding Paper Divas collection.
TIPS FOR THE BRIDE AND GROOM:
"Most people will tell you it's your day, but that's only partly true—planning a wedding is a big test in your relationship. It's all about compromise with your family, your fianc´e, your future in-laws and even your friends. I always say pick three things that are really important to you and have them your way, then make a compromise on the rest. For me it was the place, the invitation and the dress (of course!)."
