"I have ordered from WPD before and was very satisfied with the purchase and with the customer service. However, when I received these thank you cards in the mail, they had a prominent advertisement for the site printed on the back. It is one thing to include "wedding paper divas" (I understand that quality stationary is often marked, and I'm fine with that) but quite another to list the website and the parent company. These cards were not inexpensive, and it definitely takes away from the elegance of the card. When I called to express my disappointment, the woman on the phone was not receptive. She claims that it was clearly stated that it would be printed on the back. However, the view on the order page does not include the back side. It says nothing about it in the description. I'm sure it was written somewhere, but it needs to be clearly stated, not buried in fine print."

We're sorry this customer was disappointed with the logo on the back of the cards. As a standard practice in the stationery industry, we include a logo on all of our Signature designs for copyright and branding purposes.
We do not include the logo on wedding invitations and all items that go in the wedding invitation envelope, in keeping with the formality of the occasion and traditional etiquette rules.
