Bridal Shower Games - Create Fun & Unique Bridal Shower Party Games
A bridal shower is not complete without bridal shower party games. When a bride is about to tie the knot it's customary for her maid of honor to plan a bridal shower and invite all the women in her life. Often times distant family members will attend the bridal shower although they have not met many of the bride's close friends. Playing unique bridal shower games is the best way to break the ice and help everyone engage in some activities to get to know one another.
Fun bridal shower games may include:
• Paper Wedding Dress: Divide the party into two or more teams of at least three people in each group. Within each team there is a selected ‘bride' and with toilet paper rolls provided they must dress their team member in a toilet paper wedding dress within 20 minutes. Best-dressed ‘bride' in allotted time wins.
In modern times it is not uncommon to host a coed bridal shower. Among popular coed bridal shower games is:
• Clothespin Game: Choose a ‘buzz word' at the beginning of the party (bride, groom, wedding). Then as each guest arrives hand him/her a clothespin. As the guests hear one another say the ‘buzz word' they remove the person's clothespin. The guest with the most clothespins at the end of the party wins.
Another option among modern bridal shower games is:
• Two Truths and a Lie: Everyone introduces herself and tells the group three things about herself; two are true and one is a lie. The audience then writes down or shouts out which one they think is a lie.
Customer reviews of our Bridal Shower Games
April 25, 2015exquisite design
"looked at many bridal shower cards. fell in love with the exquisite design and the fact that there were several components to this design: an invitation, a recipe card, and thank you notes. how convenient. absolutely brilliant !!!"
March 20, 2015Matching recipe card insert
"I ordered the matching recipe card insert so people could leisurely fill out their favorite one for my first year married. They bring them to the shower with their gift. Loved having them match the invitation, and it did not cost anymore when I put stamps on the envelope. Easier for the bridesmaids too. My Matron of Honor said she is going to create a cute recipe box for them."
March 17, 2015Beautiful card - silver foil
"I love these cards. I was torn between getting the pearl foil or silver foil, but I'm glad I went with silver. Printed, the silver is very elegant and is not the dark gray color I was worried about. The ONLY thing I would have like to have changed was for the back of the card to be white in case someone needed to use the back for more steps or ingredients. The cards are relatively small, so some extra space on the back to write would have been nice. I highly recommend these cards though!"
March 16, 2015Bridal Shower Recipe Card
"So cute and simple! Exactly what I was looking for and was able to coordinate the colors to match the invitation I sent these with."
January 30, 2015Recipe card
"Used blush to compliment. Increased font for brides name. Included blank lines on reverse for continuation of recipe. Recommend this be one of the standard options for the reverse of the card"
