Weddings often involve a lot of details that cannot be included on the actual invitation itself, the simple solution to this are wedding enclosure cards. With wedding enclosure cards you'll be able to give your guests details such as directions to the wedding ceremony and reception venues, details for where to stay while they are in town, your wedding website address, and where you have registered. It's always nice to have these details online on your wedding website as well, but for older guests who don't use the internet or have trouble with computers as well as for the simple ease of having the information right at their fingertips, wedding enclosure cards are often a great choice. It's a good idea to choose to have different sizes and colors for your RSVP cards and wedding enclosure cards so that your guests can easily differentiate between the two, it also makes for a nice color palette when they first open your invitation and see all of the different components together. Be sure to send out your entire invitation 6-8 weeks before your wedding date so that your guest will be able to look over their hotel options as well as cement their plans for attending your ceremony and reception.
Customer reviews of our Wedding Enclosure Cards
October 4, 2013Nice looking
"We were able to fit the Directions and Accommodations on this card. The back side is also available. We ordered in the Signature White (Pearly White) and love the look."
September 8, 2013Great for directions or gift information!
"This really completed our wedding invitations! We used the wedding invitation, the RSVP card and this card as part of our invites. It would be perfect for providing information of how to get from the church to the reception - however we actually provided a map and used this card to include a cute poem asking guests not to bring gifts and just add to our honeymoon fund!"
June 18, 2013excellent addition!
"This is an excellent addition for a destination wedding when you need to get a lot of information out to your guests. I was able to fill the card with specific information yet it didn't look crowded or overdone. Search all of the available print font to find the one you like. There are many more than just the one's suggested for the stationary. I ended up with a completely different one than the traditional and it looked great."
June 11, 2013Lovely Enclosure Card and Great Quality
"We used the enclosure card as a Details card, instead of a Directions card. We included how to RSVP, our website information, and a small description about the reception. Quality of the paper and printing were excellent for our barn themed reception. Highly recommend!"
May 20, 2013Nice Pop of Color!
"I used this item sort of backward and nontraditionally. I made my big invitation for the reception due to inviting everyone there. I wanted to keep the ceremony more private, so I chose to use this Details card as a private Ceremony invite for immediate family. Since I was only getting a small number, I rounded the corners. I chose to keep the background color on front and back. I replaced the white, blaze and baltic colors with bay and ivory on blaze background."
