However, we will not be going with this design, because the background is yellow; online it looks like an off-white, creamy color, which is more intense and yellow in person. unfortunately this does not agree with our wedding colors, but overall - a beautiful card!"
"Received exactly what I had requested! They were great with my color change of text/etc. request and personalizing the wedding invitation exactly to my specifications. I would highly recommend this company solely based on their exceptional customer services skills alone! I received a hand-written thank from them for just ordering samples. I also had keyed in the incorrect promo code at check-out. I emailed them asking to update it and received a response back with an hour and they had already corrected the charge. Like I said, amazing old school customer service, which is rare these days! My only minimal complaint would be that you are not able to review a sample of the changes you request *before* purchasing the item. However, they do send you a digital proof before the actual printing begins to review."
