"First time this 'techno-challenged' grandma ordered invites online. Process was user-friendly and simple - customer service is excellent. I forgot to include some important information, and did a live chat with a very helpful rep, who fixed my mistake in no time. The paper quality was good, vibrant color - simple and elegant design - this particular invitation was used for the rehearsal dinner invites."
"We used this card as the rehearsal dinner invitation. The card design matched perfectly with the Autumnal theme of the wedding. From prior reviewers we knew the paper surface was textured and changed and increased the font size. The script turned out beautifully and we had no problems reading the words. The express service was amazing, as the invitations arrived in only two days! Our only criticism is that the envelops were a bit thinner that what we would have preferred."
"I was running late with getting an invitation out for a rehearsal dinner. I am the mother of the groom and wanted to do this well. I placed my order on a Saturday and received the finished product back on Tuesday. A representative contacted me on Sunday evening to have me approve of the invitation. The prompt completion of my order was extremely important. The customer service is excellent!"
"I ordered the rehearsal dinner invite, reply card and extra envelopes. The card was as nice as anything coming from a print shop minus the letterpress type. The colors were just as vibrant and weight of card was excellent and the envelopes were of good quality too, not some flimsy cheap stuff like some envelopes can be. The cards and envelopes came packaged very neatly, separately and without any damage. To top it off, the package arrived 2 days earlier than predicted. That's customer service with a snap! I will be ordering the personalized thank you cards and place cards to match this set! Very Pleased and so were the bride and groom!"
"The design is really more than petals - it could be interpreted as a fireworks display as well. It implies a festive celebration. It also does look like a chrysanthemum flower so works well for Autumn events."
