"The fantastic customer service team customised our RSVP card to have a breakdown of guests - i.e. adults, children & infants (to know how many highchairs were needed but no food). It perfectly captured what we needed to know to confirm our numbers and menus with the reception."
"Our invitations just arrived, and all the changes that the designer made were amazing! We changed the R in RSVP to match the R in "Reception to follow" of the matching invitation. Instead of having a circle next to the accept/decline, we changed it to a blank so a larger family could write how many people were coming or not. We then removed the vertical line in between accept/decline. Because we aren't having a sit-down dinner (just heavy hors d'oeuvres), instead of having entree options, we changed that to say "Song Requests:" and then added two lines underneath. We made the thickness of those lines, and the line to write guests' names thinner so that it was better differentiated from the design lines at the bottom. We changed the color to Navy, and, overall, it turned out great!"
"Customer service was great! They customized the card to meet our needs as we are having a buffet and not having people select entrees. Durable paper. Well worth it!"
"Love the detail on the card - reminds me of lace! I added the phrase "We hope you will come and celebrate with us!" and was able to take off the dinner options and add a line for guests to write in the number attending. I love that each of the products are easily customizable for your personal want - and the customer service is wonderful! The card matches the invitation, except it does not have the design on the back similar to the invitation (which would have been too much in my opinion anyways). I love this invitation design, and if you are going for simple and traditional with a touch of vintage and sweetness - this is it!"
"Since we had a buffet and no need for entree choices, we used the bottom half of this RSVP card to invite guests to tell us their "Musical RSVP: What song can we add to our playlist for you at the reception?" With a blank line under it for them to write on. Then we played all the song requests as adds to our dinner and dancing music at the reception, with the DJ announcing who had requested it. Guests loved it, esp hearing their names! Our DJ loved it so much he asked for samples to show other brides. :) And WPD handled this wording change with no problem at all - just use the box they provide for special requests and then you can preview the custom changes when they email the proofs. Thank you WPDs!!!"
