"As a gay couple we were looking for something that would represent our styles yet not come off tacky ie. rainbow pride or two little grooms. We invited many of our family friends and older relatives who have never been to a "gay" wedding. We wanted to make a statement but not be too in your face. We have gotten nothing but rave reviews from recipients. These invites are classy and stand out from the crowd. Everyone loves them! We went with a blue background on white shimmer paper and made the right choice! If you go with pocket folds, realize that the invite is square and so a standard photo will not fit. We deiced to put these square invites into long envelopes and just include a photo and the response cards. It worked really well!"
"We ordered these invitations for a Retirement Gala. They were lovely. They set the right the perfect tone for the type of event we were creating. (Note: If they had been used for a Wedding, I personally would have gotten a pearlized finish.) The watch out (which WPD does share) is that since they are an odd shape (i.e. 5.25 x 5.25), you must pay more in postage. In addition, the return address cannot be pre-printed on the outer envelope also due to the shape."
"We had a great experience ordering these invites - they are beautiful and came at a great price. we needed to make some changes to how the information was presented which was an easy process. The design team was awesome to work with and made sure that everything was perfect. really excited to show these off to our wedding guests!"
"This elegant design is easy to customize and has a beautiful arrangement of fonts. The gold gives an effective shimmer to this card."
"I absolutely loved my invitations when they arrived. We used one of our engagement photos on the inside, with the Vintage filter. They turned out great. I also wanted to save some money so I made my own enclosure cards- I bought the cream colored stock paper at the craft store and designed my own layout in Word, and got them printed. And I bought some lace ribbon and twine and I wrapped it around each invitation, to hold the enclosure cards inside. They turned out amazing, and I constantly received complements on my invites! Thanks wedding paper divas I love you guys!"
