"As a gay couple we were looking for something that would represent our styles yet not come off tacky ie. rainbow pride or two little grooms. We invited many of our family friends and older relatives who have never been to a "gay" wedding. We wanted to make a statement but not be too in your face. We have gotten nothing but rave reviews from recipients. These invites are classy and stand out from the crowd. Everyone loves them! We went with a blue background on white shimmer paper and made the right choice! If you go with pocket folds, realize that the invite is square and so a standard photo will not fit. We deiced to put these square invites into long envelopes and just include a photo and the response cards. It worked really well!"
"We ordered these invitations for a Retirement Gala. They were lovely. They set the right the perfect tone for the type of event we were creating. (Note: If they had been used for a Wedding, I personally would have gotten a pearlized finish.) The watch out (which WPD does share) is that since they are an odd shape (i.e. 5.25 x 5.25), you must pay more in postage. In addition, the return address cannot be pre-printed on the outer envelope also due to the shape."
"This elegant design is easy to customize and has a beautiful arrangement of fonts. The gold gives an effective shimmer to this card."
"The design on the back was beautiful. The green was my favorite in the deep/jeweled tone green and not one of the greens that make you think of bodily functions...which was exactly what I was looking for to fit my wedding colors (jeweled blue/green). The paper was good stock and the printing is excellent. I can clearly read everything and the green and white mixture on the background doesn't make the wording difficult to read. Using the online customizer program was easy and a lot of different fonts worked well with this designed. Which gave me and my fiance lots to play with to make it our own. These are being sent out as wedding invitations and I can't wait for everyone to get them."
"I basically looked at every wedding invitation website there was. It was usually not the color I wanted and really off. I remembered I had started an account with wedding divas but completely overlooked for it for what ever insane reason I had. Any who, I love the quality of the paper, definitely the design and I'm completely and utterly happy that I can get the invitation in the color that I actually wanted. Not to mention it doesn't hurt at all that someone else will proof my invitations before I actually send them out. Knowing how busy it can be for a bride it makes me feel even more secure with the choice and people I'm ordering invitations from, thank you Wedding Divas!"
