"I was looking for a simple but elegant black and white wedding invitation. A Yahoo search led me to Wedding Paper Divas and I fell in love with Modern Whimsy. I ordered a sample and was extremely impressed with the paper quality. Since the invitation didn't come standard with black ink, I did a Live Chat with someone from Wedding Paper Divas to confirm that I could custom order the invitations with both the text and design in black ink. I was thrilled to find out this could be done! After I placed my order, I recieved a proof within just a few days. I discovered a few typographical errors that I had made and submitted the changes to the company. Within only a few minutes I got a revised proof- it was perfect! After I finalized my order, I got a confirmation email and my beautiful invitations arrived about one week later- quicker than I had expected. Loved the Invitations
"I was really excited about invitations when I received them; they were perfect! The cardstock was of good quality, and the design was exactly as pictured on the site. I chose to embellish them a little with some decorative vellum, and I got lots of comments.Other than the product itself, I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service. I had ordered a batch of invitations on month and then tried to order a second batch a month later. At that time, they had discontinued using the color of my original invitations, but they were happy to work with me and provide the second batch in my original color in order to keep the invitations consistent. The lady I worked with on their chat service was very helpful and didn't seem rushed.Overall, I am very happy with the product and service I received, and I highly recommend Wedding Paper Divas."
