Duration:
Unless otherwise specified on the application form, a valid entry period ("Contests") begins at 12:01 pm EST on the first of each month ("begin date") and ends at 11:59 pm EST on the last of the same month ("end date").
Eligibility:

Contest is offered only electronically via the Internet and only within the fifty United States.

Contest is open to all natural persons who, as of time of entry, are 18 years of age or older, and who are legal residents of the United States throughout the term of the Contest. Employees, officers and directors of Wedding Paper Divas, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter:

You may enter Contest in one of two ways:

  1. by logging onto Wedding Paper Divas (at http://www.weddingpaperdivas.com) and following the instructions for entering as listed on the homepage.
  2. by legibly hand-printing on a 3" x 5" card the words "Email Newsletter Signup Contest," along with your name, title, business, address, e-mail address (you must be subscribing to the email newsletter to be a valid entry) and telephone number and mailing the entry to:

Restrictions:

Mail-in entries cannot be mechanically reproduced. Enter as many times as you wish, but each entry must be different and entry must include valid information. Electronic entries must be received by the Wedding Paper Divas server no later than Contest End Date, and mail-in entries must be postmarked by Contest End Date and received by three days after Contest End Date.

All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsors, and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prizes:

The number and value of each month's contest is specifically detailed on the order entry form (each prize, unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor, is valued at no more than $100). No alternative prize, cash equivalent or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Prizes must be claimed within 15 days, and are non-transferable/saleable. Prize redemption is the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Wedding Paper Divas will work directly with the winners to collect the prizes. The winner has one year from date of prize redemption to complete the prize redemption if appropriate.

Selection of Winner:

The winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries to be held on or before ten days after the contest end date at the Wedding Paper Divas office. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by e-mail on or within 11 days or so after the end date. The winner will have 14 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail to "tara.adams@tinyprints.com," or by regular mail. Sponsors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.

Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, affidavit of eligibility and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 15 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using prize, winner and guest agree to the use of their names, voices or likenesses for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or fails to timely return the completed and executed affidavit and releases as required, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

Conditions:

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Wedding Paper Divas and/or the Sponsor, which shall be final. Wedding Paper Divas, Sponsors, agents and representatives of Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:

  1. late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible or postage-due entries;
  2. telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind;
  3. failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions;
  4. any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsors that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted;
  5. any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or
  6. any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Wedding Paper Divas reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security or proper play of the Contest.
Participation:

By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold Wedding Paper Divas, Sponsors and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Wedding Paper Divas, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
