"I would like to comment on the service for Wedding Paper Divas. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them and I have not been disappointed. On this particular order, they went above and beyond my expectations. I had accidentally ordered my print in the wrong ink color. When I noticed it I called customer service and the issue was immediately taken care of. When I asked how long it would take the new order to get here I was told 4 days(which was still within my time frame so I was happy with that) but my rehearsal dinner invitations came THE NEXT DAY. The invitations are beautiful and the service was spectacular. I will continue to recommend your company for future orders!"

"I just received my wedding invitations and I couldn't be more thrilled. I decided to do custom colors on the rich floral invite. When I put in the special instructions, someone called me promptly the next day. He really worked with me to tell me what would look best on the invitation, since I wanted pale colors and white text. He offered colors that weren't on the normal color swatch, but that were found in other invitations. I didn't realize you could do that. Then the proof came to me quickly the next day. There was one slight overlook that was quickly corrected. The shipping was fast once I approved the proof.
The live chat is AWESOME; I really love that feature, as well. I was a little nervous about ordering invitations on line, but since I live in the mountains of Wyoming, I didn't have much of a choice. I would order from you guys again in a heartbeat. I really appreciate the fast, friendly service and the affordable price. All of my friends are getting married and they went with the standard/classic invitations and paid a fortune, even for the plainest of plain. Mine are SO much better and they're all jealous of how much I paid.

I have just a little suggestion because you wrap the invites in the plastic sometimes the fist and last card get a bit bent. The first card is the sample so thats no problem but maybe you could put a blank card at the end so that the last invite doesn't get bent.
