Not to mention the wonderful customer service team. The live chatters were always available to help through every step of this process from what custom color to choose to how to address envelopes according to formal etiquette. Best of all, this info is free of charge!
Also, the design proofing system after purchase is fantastic. You get to see your custom color, fonts, and text before your order is sent to the printer. If you're not happy, they will fix it up to three times with no charge! (This was such a relief, as I didn't realize I would get to see the invitations in the eggplant color (which wasn't a standard color option on the items I purchased) until they arrived at my door.)

Also, the online chat feature was nice for immediate answers to my questions.
