I absolutely love the Lotus Bloom invitations; the colors are vibrant and striking. The card itself is petite and a little bit different than your average invite, which was exactly was I was looking for! The return address on the response envelopes were slightly askew and when I called customer service, they were very apologetic and rushed a brand new batch, free of charge! "We purchased all of our stationery from WPD. I am a person who is quick to write reviews when I've had professional service.
Artistic Deco in Nutmeg was not yet reviewed. The paper is excellent stock, and the text, as it appears, gives it a vintage type flavour. Our wedding is "enchanted garden, romantic flair", and the invitations are both elegant and formal, but have a sweet Hollywood glamour feel. The eggplant colour perfectly offsets the nutmeg giving it the vintage feel. The staff was able to help us highlight our date being 11 11 11. Since it was unique the Save the date card highlighted it perfectly we felt. The STD also had a very cute back, and was a nice start to the invitation to come. The RSVPs are so cute, with a standout dragonfly (which i have a small one on each centerpiece and on my bouquet! Perfect.)
We literally received our order two days after we finalized our proof!!! To Canada! Way to go WPD!

When my order came, there was an envelope stating they had printed more than I had ordered and were including the five extra invites and envelopes free, there were also two extra of each size of envelope included for mistakes in addressing. I called and spoke to Lisa, who was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She advised me on how to revise a "Save the Date" card and turn it into exactly what I needed! "The process was GREAT! We designed everything but did have a little problem when we went to checkout. An error message came up about our method of payment so we called Wedding Paper Divas. We were able to speak with someone right away and we weren't transferred to any other departments. He was able to pull up our order and fix the problem immediately. We received a confirmation e-mail immediately and loved the e-mail communication to verify any changes and approve our final proof. Our order arrived 5 days earlier than the expected date. "I have been incredibly happy with my purchases with Wedding Paper Divas! I ordered save-the-dates a few weeks ago in the Radiant Ranunculus pattern and loved them - the colors were perfect, and the style was just simply romantic. When I went to place my order for my invitations and response cards in the same pattern, everything was even better. I placed two orders for response cards - one with a different respond by date and without having to say anything, they were combined in the same order. I don't know if that's standard for you to do, but it definitely made things easier when they arrived at the same time. Also, I forgot to change some of the font on the response cards to match the invitations, and whomever edited them caught it for me. It's really the little things that made my purchases so amazing, I can't thank you enough! On top of all of the wonderful interactions I've had...the price has been outstanding! "I am absolutely in LOVE with my invitations. I was worried at first that the coloring of the wood, would come out cheesy but it is beautiful! Not only do I love what I received but the customer service here is great. I used an ink stamp with our address on the rsvp envelopes and when they dried the ink ran, making it unreadable. I wanted to know if I could purchase replacement envelopes and they sent me all 155 replacements at no cost! Will definitely use again!"

"Wedding Paper Divas was fantastic to deal with, and the quality of the end product is very high (and I am a picky person, too!). The proofs were turned around quicker than I expected, even with me being in Australia working with a time difference, and the orders were also shipped in a timely fashion.
I got something done that changed the template a bit which I had to get the designer to do rather than filling in the template myself. We took a few goes to get it right but it ended up being exactly what I wanted and the designer was easy to communicate with.
Very happy with the price, can't be beaten here locally, unless you want something that looks amateur.
