"The customer service at Wedding Paper Divas is super. I ordered Save the Dates for my May wedding and had problems with Fed Ex delivering the order to the wrong address. After I realized that the package was missing, I spoke with Gina in Customer Service and she was amazing. She contacted FedEx and then took the initiative to follow up with them over the next few days. When she realized that the recovery of the original shipment was not going according to plan or schedule, Gina kindly went ahead and arranged for our order to be reprinted and shipped so that we wouldn't have to wait. It was so nice to know that Gina and Wedding Paper Divas understood that the order was time sensitive and important to us.
