"I just want you to know how impressed I am with your company and your service. My original order was supposedly delivered via UPS on Thursday, 2/12. However, it never reached me. When the package didn't arrive on Friday, I called UPS and they told me that they could trace the package, but the request had to come from the shipper (your company). When I called on Tuesday (you were closed on Monday), the gentleman I spoke with was very understanding and apologetic. He immediately told me that they would reprint the invitations and send them overnight. He wasn't kidding! I received the invitations on Wednesday! I was amazed and elated, as my daughter's shower is March 6 and we wanted the invitations to go out this week. I am so impressed with your company. The invitations are beautiful and your customer service is top-notch. I will definitely be ordering from you again in the future."
