"After I had approved my wedding invitation proof, a detail of my wedding venue changed. In a panic I called the customer service number (which was promptly answered by a real person) and explained the situation. The representative was able to stop the order before it had started printing, fixed my mistake on the invitations, and revised the proof for my (second) final approval. And all while I was on the phone; the whole process took about 15 minutes to fix my premature approval of my wedding invitations. I could not be happier with the service, care, and rapid response of this team. I highly recommend this company."

"I started to panic three months before my wedding. We had not given a lot of thought to invitations and we were running out of time. Most places took three weeks for delivery. I looked at Wedding Papers Divas and found a perfect invitation — so clean, elegant and simple. We submitted our order on Monday; immediately I realized I forgot to include some very important information and contacted their support staff through live chat. I was assured that I would be able to make updates during the proofing process. I even got a call from the designer working on my invitation letting me know about the proofing process and how to make the correction. I got a proof on Tuesday and it was so easy to make the updates. I submitted my order and got my invitations on Friday! I feel like a lot of wedding vendors take advantage of couples who may not plan as far ahead and charge ridiculous fees to get something expedited — the expedited fee was very reasonable!"

"My fiancé and I ordered the Flourish Title design for our wedding invitations on January 25th after speaking with a customer service representative on live chat, who was super helpful. We were very particular with custom wording for our RSVPs, which the designer nailed on the first try. With a few minor adjustments we finalized the design on January 29th and amazingly received our package in the mail on February 2nd! We were so pressed for time, the fact that they came more than a week earlier than they had estimated was really phenomenal.
