Each time I have called your 866 number the customer service (this time with John) has been EXCELLENT!!! Your employees are friendly and knowledgeable about your products and John was able to answer my questions regarding receiving a proof and confirmed even though special instruction wording doesn’t show online – it will be included on the proof. I haven’t received the proof yet, I just placed the order, but I know that I will continue to use your services in the future for events.
