I just wanted to express how pleased I am with your customer service at Wedding Paper Divas. I ordered my wedding invitations in March and two evenings ago, when preparing to stuff my invitation envelopes, I noticed that half of the invitations had been poorly printed in one small area. When I initially received them weeks ago, I inspected the first few invitations, but did not want to touch them all in an effort to keep them looking pristine and beautiful. So, upon discovering this issue with the misprinting, I immediately called your customer service department and spoke with Gina. I explained the situation and was so impressed with her response – she told me Wedding Paper Divas would reprint the invitations that were poorly printed and send them next day air. The newly printed invitations just arrived and look beautiful. I am so relieved with the quick turn-around. Because of your outstanding customer service, I can look forward to sending out my invitations on time and am feeling stress-free!
