"We just received our thermography wedding invitations (Timeless Ardor) and couldn't be more pleased with how they turned out. Since we did our proofs by email, and only saw the models online, we were nervous about the end result, but the quality of the printing and the paper is exceptional - better than many of my friends who have gotten their invites from engravers. The thermography ink has a slight sparkle to it, and the raised effect on the paper almost gives an intricate, hand painted effect. While the invitations weren't inexpensive, they definitely look impressive and we think they were worth the cost.
The customer service through every step of the process was wonderful. When I had problems ordering through the website, the phone and live chat help were both extremely friendly and helpful. As I was going through the proofing and editing process, the response time to get a new proof was usually no more than 30 minutes, and the designers were very receptive to my requests. Finally, the invitations arrived days earlier than we expected. We were especially impressed with the additional package that came on the top - the printers printed a few more of each item than we had ordered, so we received a note telling us that the extras were ours to keep with their compliments. It is this time of attention to detail and customer service that will keep me coming back here."
