"I just wanted to write to give some feedback with my recent purchase at Wedding Paper Divas.
First, let me say that I ordered samples from every wedding invitation site available, and found that you had the best quality for reasonable prices, and that was a huge draw for me. It's hard to get a feel for paper and quality online, and I would go so far as to say you are the only invitation vendor that I was completely satisfied with upon receipt of the samples.
I have called in to speak with your customer service team and asked a million questions, and asked for opinions and ideas, and each time I felt like your representatives were genuinely excited about helping me get everything just right, and they never rushed me off the phone. I especially thank Lily and Jeanna. Jeanna really ended up helping me decide on a color scheme, I never could have done it without her.
Thanks for a great experience, and I'm sure I'll be talking to you again when I order my invitations at the end of the year."
