"The service was excellent to begin with, including a reminder phone call to double check my proof. But when FedEx lost my shipment I was really worried. In a time crunch, and with FedEx taking 24 hours to call me back, I called Wedding Paper Divas to tell my sob story. Without even asking, the customer service rep said, they would gladly remake them and next day air them to me at no charge. I got them the next day. I love Wedding Paper Divas. They were EXCELLENT in all ways."
