"Ordering invitations and stationery on-line can be a tedious and difficult process. There are a lot of details to be covered, and not every question can be answered on a website. But your Live Chat staff are quick to respond and extremely helpful. The designer who worked on our order was excellent and patient (adjusted color on a fingernail to make it match the others, and quickly revised the save-the-date to accommodate my mistakes!), the cards are beautiful, and turn around time was even faster than you said it would be. A representative called me the next afternoon to make sure everything was ok (I don't remember her name but she was awesome, anyway to pass on that she did a great job?). She read my change to me over the phone in the car and they were ready to go. We talked about cards and Tiny Prints, too.
Whole process was so easy. I was very afraid of my proof changes, that it would get fixed right, etc.
