I had three other companies send me sample invitations and Wedding Paper Divas had the best in price, quality and many selections for watercolor invitations; which my daughter wanted.
The service was impeccable. My questions were answered immediately. They made suggestions on wording, the envelopes and script styles. I was also able to go back and add something to the order and still got it to me by the date promised. I chose to pick it up from my Costco warehouse, which worked out perfect for me. Otherwise, the package would be sitting outside my gate at my house.
I spoke to three different people on the phone (we kept changing our minds) and all the representatives were so sweet. I have told everyone that the invitations were the least stressful part of planning my daughter’s wedding. Thanks again to all for making my life a little easier."
"This was the second time I ordered from Wedding Paper Divas. I wrote the wrong shipping address and remembered when it was already shipping. Wedding Paper Divas tracked my order through FedEx, changed it and resent it to me without me doing anything! Remember that this was my mistake!

"I had a very good experience with Wedding Paper Divas and have already recommended the website to other brides. I was always a fan of your Fall Branch design, but I was bummed that it didn't come in the color I was looking for. I messaged one of the online consultants to ask if it was possible to customize an invitation with the exact color I was looking for. The consultant said, absolutely and then gave me the step by step instructions on how to do so. I ordered and began working with a designer, who was superb. I'm sure the process can be a bit daunting for a designer, especially since all communication is done over email and brides tend to be quite picky. The designer was incredibly patient with me, not to mention prompt with any and all changes I requested. I would say Wedding Paper Divas has fantastic customer service. Since I did end up ordering all my invitations and thank you cards from Wedding Paper Divas, they had promotional offers that were helpful for significant savings. "I searched many websites before deciding to order from Wedding Paper Divas. As I am hesitant about online orders, I wasn't expecting the "above and beyond treatment" that I received. First, the order confirmation caught my attention and I wondered if it was automated and just made to look personal; I was instructed that my order was proofread and to make a final confirmation. The order would not print until I give a final sign off. I was very excited to receive my package on time and the quality of the final product was elegant and perfect!
A few weeks later I received a personal, handwritten note thanking me for my order and congratulating me on my upcoming event. If I could sum up my experience I would say it was delightful; I was blown away by the excellent customer service.

"I am so glad that I ordered rehearsal dinner invitations from Wedding Paper Divas because my son's fiancée had used them for save the date cards. The invitations I chose were black matte with white writing. The card stock was good, heavy quality and the contrast of white against black was very clean. It is very easy to fill out the information for invitations and then customize if needed. I needed to add a line "Dressy Casual Attire" and the computer did not allow me to add that to the body of the invitation. This was not a problem. I simply submitted the order, added my request for the additional line and where it was to be added on the invite. A designer made the change and sent a proof to me within 24 hours for my approval. It was just what I wanted. I approved it and the order went in. I ordered rush delivery and the invitations were delivered on time. Customer Service is excellent at Wedding Paper Divas; answering all questions before ordering and letting you know when your order ships. I definitely recommend Wedding Paper Divas and would not hesitate to order from them again."
