Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. They contain the legal terms and conditions that govern your use of and access to the Wedding Paper Divas web site (the "Site"). This Site is operated by Wedding Paper Divas ("Wedding Paper Divas").

By visiting this Site, you are signifying your assent to these Terms and the terms and conditions of the Wedding Paper Divas Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Wedding Paper Divas may revise these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Use of the Site

Your Member Account
You may create a member account with Wedding Paper Divas by registering your name and creating a password. You are responsible for safeguarding your password that you use to access your member account on the Site. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your password, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify Wedding Paper Divas of any unauthorized use of your password.

Wedding Paper Divas Property
Wedding Paper Divas and its licensors own all right, title and interest, including all worldwide intellectual property rights in the Site and the copyrights, images, trademarks, and logos contained therein. You agree you will not remove, alter or conceal any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Site or related products and services. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security related features that prevent or restrict use or copying of the Site or use, reproduce, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works based on, perform, display, publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, sell, license or otherwise exploit the Site without the prior written permission of Wedding Paper Divas.

IN NO EVENT WILL Wedding Paper Divas, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES), WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT Wedding Paper Divas HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification
