Ways to Include Roses in Your Bridal Shower
Roses are a timeless symbol of love, one that has been used for hundreds of years in many cultures to symbolize romance and the perfect relationship. It’s no wonder that they are a popular item to use in all parts of the wedding planning process. If you are a romantic and want to include roses in your celebration, the bridal shower is the perfect opportunity. Consider the following ways you could use this long-lasting symbol at your bridal shower:
Add to the Décor
Roses naturally lend themselves to being part of the décor for any celebration. Sprinkle them on a white tablecloth on the food table, around the guests’ placemats or even lining the walk outside for an intimate feel. You could also put them in vases around the room to help brighten up the area. Since rose petals are edible, you could even add them to a giant glass pitcher of water to help with the decoration as well as add a distinctive flavor.
Use Them in Games
Roses can be easily used in games. For one, simply make sure each guest has a rose of their own to carry with them throughout the party. If you catch someone who isn’t touching their rose, you take it from them. The person to amass the most roses at the end of the party wins a special prize.
Another game could involve peeling the petals off of a rose for every question about the bride or couple you get wrong. The person with the most petals remaining on her rose wins.
Include in the Invitation Design

June 2, 2015Sweet and Colorful
"I was very happy when I received these because the invitations were more of a quality card stock rather than cheap paper. You will need to play around with fonts to ensure that the size will be big enough for readers see. My return address labels were very hard to read because the font was so small! There were few options. But I felt the color on the screen was true to what was on paper. I ordered the pink background."

"This card was perfect for the birdal shower I was giving. The bride's wedding colors are navy blue and whiite, so these were just right for the occasion. I added the pearl shimmer and that added a nice touch to the card."
May 7, 2015Beautiful Shower Invitation
"The dress on this invite caught my eye. I chose the pink backgound and paid the extra for the pearl shimmer and rounded corners. The finished product is beautiful. My co-shower givers loved it. Two comments I received were "chic" and "looks expensive"."
