"I ordered samples when I first got engaged. I then moved. I ordered invitations and put in that they were to be sent to my new address. They arrived in time and although I wasn't thrilled with the paper quality, they met my expectations. I made a second order for place cards, menus, and programs. (I ordered different paper) I paid for 2 day shipping. My tracking said that they were delivered today at my doorstep at 3:03pm. I stood at my doorstep at 3:03pm and no package. I called fedex, fuming, they asked to verify my address. It was incorrect. I asked if it was my previous address and, of course, it was. SO my package is left at my apartment which is high traffic next to a laundromat and could easily be stolen. I entered my current address into the shipping information when I ordered, just as I had done for the last order, but the account apparently had saved the old address. I have not been able to track down my order yet. My wedding is in 3 days. Hopefully, I will have my $400+ order with my programs and place cards. Its going to be a little hectic seating 135 people without place cards. d"
