My only suggestion would be to provide a clear template to include those words/phrases that will be automatically populated. For example, if the words, "hosted by" will automatically appear on the invitation, then that should be clear on the template. I wrote those words in, then needed to go back and delete them when I realized they were on the invitation twice. It took extra time, and every time I went back I needed to retype all of the information."
