"I have been very happy with the quality of the products shown and been happy with the speed of response. I have been concerned about two pieces of information: on those products requiring a square envelope, there should be a reminder on either the ordering info or the shipping info that additional postage will be required. We almost had a disaster with insufficient postage but thanks to the diligent eye of a USPS employee Also, my daughter was encouraged to not use a name on the response envelope just an address (stated by one of your phone operators)...many post offices will send back and many will not deliver to apartments or condos without a name. Plus...really?????"
"We ordered in pink which is one of our wedding colors. We are not having a sit down dinner so we decided to not include the entrée choice on the response cards. I was very nervous about ordering the cards since there was no picture of the cards without the entrée choice section. I love how the words were centered on the card. The experts really listen to your comments and do their best to make them look exactly how you want them to look."

"The artist sent a beautiful proof for me to review, but unfortunately there was a mistake by the printer that cut a bit of my fiance's head off. After chatting with customer service for a matter of minutes, they resolved the problem at no cost to me and sent me a new set of response cards. Shipping was so fast both times that I still received the second set in half the expected time of the first!"
